Bull City Food Exchange

Our friends over at Zomppa.com are hosting the first ever Bull City Food Exchange Sunday @ Fullsteam, an event to support initiatives promoting stronger communities through food. Here's an overview of the events:

1:30 & 3:00 Cooking tips and demos for grown-ups
1:30 & 3:00 Zompping for Food and Planet children’s workshop – mystery country featured!
2:00 – 3:00 Community Food Swap – prizes for best of!
1:00 – 4:00 Tour the Sol Food Mobile Farm bus before it sets off on a cross-country tour 

 There is a $10 suggested donation that will go to one of several food-based charities. Go here for more information.
