Dogfish Head Beer Dinner @ Dos Perros

I’m going to cut to the chase. We take our beer selection very seriously here at Dos Perros, and want to ensconce ourselves in the hearts and minds of Triangle beer aficionados. So, we thought we’d throw some great beer dinners to put ourselves on the map. As luck would have it, Devin from Dogfish Head is going to be in town on Monday, November 23^rd, so we’re making it happen then.

Seems like a pretty swell idea to me! It's a $45 prix fixe menu that looks pretty awesome to me. Here are the details with the food/beer pairings:
